Battle Buddy Companion costs money to build, maintain, and give away. The Companions and the Digital Resources Library are the income that covers it. Their sales are what let us hand the crisis tool to every Veteran at no charge — and 50% of their net profit funds the P4P Foundation on top of that.
All digital sales are final — once a file is delivered it can't be unsent, so we don't issue refunds. But we honor a real Satisfaction Promise: if a paid product didn't meet what you actually needed, email support@p4pdigitalproducts.com within 14 days of your purchase with a description of the digital product you were really hoping for. One request per order. If it's within P4P's product domain — Veteran-focused planners, workbooks, companion tools — we'll build it and send you a free link, typically within 2 to 4 weeks. You keep your original purchase and you get the new product. If a request is outside what we build, we'll offer a swap to an existing product that's closer to what you wanted. The only other exception is a technical defect — a corrupted file or one materially different from its description — which we'll always replace. The commitment is written into the LLC's Operating Agreement as a binding legal obligation. Quarterly, 50% of net profits fund the establishment and ongoing operations of the P4P Foundation, currently in formation (held with a fiscal sponsor until the 501(c)(3) is granted). The newsletter reports the running total every month.
